Rostrata Craft Group is a not-for-profit and inclusive organisation run by volunteers for the benefit of the Community. It aims to develop self-confidence, personal growth and community awareness in individuals through learning & sharing and helps to support the Rostrata Family Centre as a facility run by the community for the community.

The philosophy of Rostrata Craft Group is to provide an opportunity for people from the local community to meet one another and to share skills in a relaxed and informal environment, at an affordable cost. It is a self-funded organisation, and accordingly a nominal fee is charged per workshop, with monies going towards user group fees, stationery and equipment.
