Kong Meng Chinese School – Mandarin

We are a not-for-profit community Chinese language school, delivering weekly Mandarin classes for children and young people.

Our program is designed to support students from Kindergarten to Year 12 in developing Mandarin Chinese language skills and cultural understanding within a structured and supportive learning environment. Classes are conducted by experienced teachers and supported by a volunteer-based management team.

The school was originally established in 2009 under an affiliated community association and has since grown steadily through community engagement and word-of-mouth, with current enrolments exceeding 60 students. We are now an incorporated association in Western Australia, to support the school’s continued growth and governance.

Our activities are educational in nature and align with community development goals, providing inclusive learning opportunities for families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. All sessions are conducted in a safe, structured environment, with appropriate supervision and adherence to child protection requirements.

We run classes on a regular weekly basis (Sunday mornings).
